Hei there, my name is Adrian Sion and I'm User Experience, Researcher and User Interfaces Designer with over 10 years of experience in the digital industry.
This is my resume story
Always looking to discover, create, and innovate. Design thinking is a creative strategy I believe in for years. With a great desire of pushing forward the barriers of innovation and discovery in Human-Centered Design I always look into things a little bit deeper.

I'm currently part of Laerdal's Medical Community Responders team, making informed design decisions, being customer obsessed and data driven, to build lifesaving solutions.
My work at Laerdal allowed me to be a part of a company that places a strong emphasis on design, and I was able to help create products that not only functioned effectively, but were also aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. This included collaborating with healthcare professionals and educators to develop trainings and products that enable individuals to learn and practice life-saving skills.
Between 2018 and 2020 I led the Experience & Interface Design inside Gameloft’s Distribution Business.
I worked on their consumers’ apps. We work in cross-functional collaboration with teams spread around the world to built game ecosystems for our clients.
I worked on their enterprise products. We improve internal processes that lead to greater achievements of employees' goals.
I talked about Design. I am spreading and inspiring a design culture and a user-centered design thinking across the entire business.
